Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Intermittent, but has been repeatedly failing since a few runs (sometimes passing for `main` or some release branches, sometimes not). In most cases, we had issues related to the infrastructure:

• Try a different GH action for creating a cluster, like https://github.com/helm/kind-action
• Maybe rewrite the current E2E tests, which aim at testing a (manually-maintained) list of examples. Do we need to test all of those?
