Remove <em> from variable declaration callouts in the admin/install guide

      Description of problem:

      This appears in sections 8 and 9 of the 1.2 and 1.3 admin guide https://redhat-developer.github.io/red-hat-developers-documentation-rhdh/main/admin-rhdh/#proc-rhdh-deploy-eks-using-helm_assembly-rhdh-integration-aws:

      Create and activate the <rhdh> namespace:

DEPLOYMENT_NAME=<em><redhat-developer-hub></em>
NAMESPACE=<em><rhdh></em>

      Instead of those <em> bits we should just either:

      • remove the emphasis/italics, or
      • use a styled callout like in step 3:
