The Orhcestrator Infrastructure chart's current design will include pre-existing CRDs that will be installed by helm to allow creating Knative CRs as part of the infrastructure, before the RHDH chart will be run. These CRDs need to align with the CRD version that the Openshift-Serverless subscriptions, which are installed manually by the chart. 

A CI job / hook needs to run to validate that these version match up, especially upon a change to the subscription channel / version.
