Description of problem:

Plugin metadata for status is incorrect.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy rhdh on a cluster
2. Enable rbac frontend
3. Install status shows: Not installed

Actual results:

Please see attached screenshots.

Expected results:

Correctly set installStatus.

Note, DynamicInstallStatus is using /scalprum/plugins endpoint that filters out for p.platform === 'web'  here

so only frontend plugin will have it correctly set if this bug is fixed. We could use /dynamic-plugins-info/loaded-plugins to set it correctly.

The install status is correctly set in dynamic-info page.
