Description of problem:

Currently, GitHub Authentication presents auth and integration in the same configuration example, which creates confusion and impedes findability for the user. 

Suggested solution:

• Remove "and enable integration with the GitHub API" from step 3 of Enabling authentication with GitHub (https://github.com/redhat-developer/red-hat-developers-documentation-rhdh/blob/main/modules/authentication/proc-enabling-authentication-with-github.adoc)
• Remove the integration config from the app-config-rhdh.yaml example
• Create a separate procedure module containing the GitHub integration config example
• Work with CS or ContentX Champions to determine the best location for the new module

In general, we want to modularize and give the customer all the info they need to complete a particular task without any extra, irrelevant, or distracting info.
