hardcoded refs to 1.1 in the 1.2/main branches of the admin/install guide

      Description of problem:

      I see refs to 1.1.x branch and the 1.1 operator in the 1.2 guide for how to install in airgap. Also we use OCP 4.14 in that example when the supported version in the attributes file is 4.15.
