Description of problem:

Nightly jobs on K8s (mostly on ephemeral AKS cluster, sometimes on GKE cluster) fail often. It is caused by slower clusters that this job runs on, and it results in longer startup and readiness times. Also, some of the tests require longer timeouts to pass correctly.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Run a nightly job on AKS or GKE.

My Groups is popup not triggered and only Catalog is clicked.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Quite often on AKS, it depends on the ephemeral cluster speed. GKE is also sometimes affected as we use the slower cluster in general.
