Error response from registry: recognizable error message not found: HEAD "https://quay.io/v2/rhdh/redhat-developer-hub/manifests/sha256:a71804087eb367469da115517f87916019d8a5cc11b4f5749b73db04b7639883": response status code 401: Unauthorized

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Compare latest versions from https://quay.io/repository/rhdh/chart?tab=tags vs https://quay.io/repository/rhdh/rhdh-hub-rhel9?tab=tags + filter for 1.7

      Actual results:

      As of today, latest 1.7 helm charts is 1.7-22-CI
      while latest rhdh-hub-rhel9 image is 1.7-33

      Expected results:

      Same versions - one new chart per hub image

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

      Consistently happening Apr 13 to 20 for 1.7 builds

      However on Apr 16 we have a new chart for 1.6-81-CI, suggesting this was caused by a change on or around Apr 12 to the rhdh-1 branch ONLY
