When using the recent build quay.io/rhdh/rhdh-hub-rhel9:1.5-171 I see every plugin on the marketplace page with custom badge, and I don't see "Certified" badge.

Dynatrace has "extensions.backstage.io/certified-by: Red Hat" and it is still shown with custom badge

With the previous build, quay.io/rhdh/rhdh-hub-rhel9:1.5-170 (before https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-6299 got fixed) everything looks correct and Danatrace is correctly shown as verified, and other plugins are without badge
