[Tech Debt][rhdh-chart] Run static analysis checks against the shell scripts in CI and address the issues reported

      Similar to the CI Workflow added in RHIDP-5162 for the Operator, we should enforce CI checks against the scripts that we rely on for the Helm Chart: the RHDH CI install script: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-chart/blob/main/.rhdh/scripts/install.sh

      We can check it using the ShellCheck static analysis tool for example.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Validate all shell scripts as part of the PR checks
      • Address the issues reported
