RHDH Metadata/versions card user experience needs improvement

Actual Behavior: Configuration full: false does not show the versions as expected. 

Feedback: Configuration full: false doesn't seem intutive. There must be a better way of describing the behaviour in the config. This is not easy to understand.

Expected Behavior: If set to false, the specified information is shown on the card along with the build versions.
