Segment/Telemetry instructions are organized as subtopics under Observability, which should be reserved for internal diagnostic capabilities such as logging and monitoring.  As discussed in our Slack thread , customers can get confused, especially with the overloaded use of the term "Telemetry".

Segment should be regarded as Analytics/Insights instead. Can we get this subtopic reorganized?
