Story

As a user of RHDH, I want to update the e2e auth provider tests for this config so that this config is well-tested and changes in the behaviour are captured in the e2e tests.

Background

The config is moving from the top level to under each auth provider resolver declaratively. Would need to duplicate the tests and test with all support auth providers. 

Also need to make sure that other existing tests that rely on the old behaviour of this config are not broken.

• update existing tests
• re-test supported auth providers (keycloak, azure, github)
• other tests that are dependent do not get broken
