Description of problem:

A. We need to add translations for `Register an existing component` in backstage for the following files 

1. https://github.com/backstage/backstage/blob/master/plugins/catalog-import/src/components/DefaultImportPage/DefaultImportPage.tsx  
2. https://github.com/backstage/backstage/blob/master/plugins/catalog-import/src/components/ImportInfoCard/ImportInfoCard.tsx 

So that we will be able to rename `Register an existing component` to `Import an existing Git repository` by overriding translations in RHDH .
