Description of problem:

 Info about setting baseUrl needs to be part of the Installation guides not in a separate section (https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_developer_hub/1.4/html/customizing/customizing-your-product-se-url#customizing-your-product-se-url). Correctly configuring BaseUrl is a required step for every deployment; without it RHDH won't work correctly.

 
OCP: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_developer_hub/1.4/html-single/insta[…]g_red_hat_developer_hub_on_openshift_container_platform/index misses the steps to first create custom configs between step 1 and 2.
