Description of problem:

Showcase-rds-nightly-1-4 not initializing backstage due to

ForwardedError: Plugin 'catalog' startup failed; caused by Error: The migration directory is corrupt, the following files are missing: 20241024104700_add_entity_ref_to_final_entities.js, 20241111000000_drop_redundant_indices.js 

Once fixed, re-enable tests (they were disabled in this pr: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/pull/2295).
