Description of problem:

Our nightly jobs on OCP v4.20 started to have issues to login to the claimed cluster. For example https://prow.ci.openshift.org/view/gs/test-platform-results/logs/periodic-ci-redhat-developer-rhdh-release-1.9-e2e-ocp-v4-20-helm-nightly/2026530355338547200

This needs to be observed and the cluster pool fixed if it persists.
