Description of problem:

I observed a couple errors in the lightspeed-app-config configmap in Lightspeed 1.9 documentation which is causing the RHDH pod to not startup succesfully.

1. under csp rules, script-src property isn't in the same level as image-src ** 

2. Sample prompt title is having backticks (not supported) and copy pasting this config prevents the RHDH application startup. Backsticks needs to be removed.
