Description of problem:
The header displayed in the Lightspeed chatbox settings dropdown is visually similar to the selectable options. This makes it unclear whether the header is an interactive item or simply a label.
Because the header styling closely matches the options, users may assume it is clickable, leading to confusion about its purpose and behavior.
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
# <steps>
Actual results:
- The header appears visually similar to the list options
- There is no clear visual distinction indicating that it is non-interactive
- Users may interpret the header as a selectable item
Expected results:
The header should be clearly distinguishable from selectable options
Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
