Description of problem:
**
There are two layout issues observed in the Lightspeed overlay mode:
- Initial chat content is not scrollable when the content height exceeds the chat container height. The beginning portion of the chat becomes inaccessible.
- The Lightspeed overlay uses a fixed width, which causes an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar to appear. The scrollbar does not provide meaningful scrolling and appears regardless of browser window size.
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
Start the Lightspeed plugin
Actual results:
- The beginning of a chat is not scrollable when the content height is bigger than the chat height
- The overlay appears to have a fixed width.
- A horizontal scrollbar is displayed even when it is not functionally needed.
- Resizing the browser window does not resolve the width issue.
Expected results:
- The chat content should always fit within the overlay container.
- If the content height exceeds the container height, the chat area should be vertically scrollable from the beginning of the conversation.
- The overlay width should be responsive to the browser window size.
- No horizontal scrollbar should appear unless the content genuinely exceeds the available width.
Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
