Description of problem:

When a scorecard metric card displays the error title "Metric data unavailable", the text is partially obscured in the Spanish and French versions.

The fix should cover the alignment and visibility for all supported error message titles, not just the specific "Metric data unavailable" string.

Tip: the component CenterLabel probably can inspire solutions (GitHub ref). 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

• Ensure the Scorecard plugin is correctly configured.

• Verify that at least one entity has a scorecard metric configured.

• Trigger an error state so that the metric card displays an error message (priority with "Metric data unavailable").

Steps to Reproduce

1. In account setting select Spanish or French language;
2. Open entity with scorecard metric.

Actual results:

• Error title text partially hidden.

Expected results:

• Error title text displayed in full
