The list of repositories created in the janus-qe GitHub organization grows and grows: https://github.com/orgs/janus-qe/repositories

These repositories should be cleanup after our e2e tests runs.

It generates issues in the past because it increase the number of needed GitHub api calls (=> increase the risk of rate limits) and unexpected catalog entities (=> test failures / flakyness).
