Extensions plugins are only Tech Preview in 1.9+?

      Description of problem:

      When running the dynamic plugin table regeneration script, warnings are seen for these three plugins:

      [WARN] @red-hat-developer-hub/backstage-plugin-catalog-backend-module-extensions is enabled by default but is only Red Hat Tech Preview 
[WARN] @red-hat-developer-hub/backstage-plugin-extensions-backend is enabled by default but is only Red Hat Tech Preview 
[WARN] @red-hat-developer-hub/backstage-plugin-extensions is enabled by default but is only Red Hat Tech Preview

      This suggests that either these plugins truly are only Tech Preview, or that the catalog metadata/*.yaml files need to be bumped to GA support in the overlays repo:

      etc.

      Expected results:

      Surely the extensions plugins are GA by now?
