Description of problem:

See e2e test running for https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-cli/pull/44

Seems there's an issue with fetching content from the BCP repo to run e2e tests, or perhaps a caching issue in Github.

Either way, we need to ensure tests are meaningful and work consistently, so that a no-op change like bumping the version in package.json doesn't fail.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Submit a PR against the rhdh-cli repo
2. watch tests fail, eg., https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-cli/actions/runs/21211536673/job/62613824232?pr=44
