      Description of problem:

PR #1657 "feature: adding orchestrator to GA" incorrectly sets support.level: production (and support: production for metadata files) instead of support.level: generally-available. The codebase standard for Generally Available plugins is to use generally-available as evidenced by 28 other plugin configurations.
      Affected files:

      • catalog-entities/marketplace/plugins/orchestrator-scaffolder-actions.yaml
      • catalog-entities/marketplace/plugins/orchestrator.yaml
      • workspaces/orchestrator/metadata/redhat-backstage-plugin-orchestrator-backend.yaml
      • workspaces/orchestrator/metadata/redhat-backstage-plugin-orchestrator-form-widgets.yaml

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

       # <steps>

      Actual results:

The PR changes support level from tech-preview to production:

      support:
        provider: Red Hat
        level: production # INCORRECT

      Expected results:

The support level should be changed to generally-available to match the codebase standard:

      support:
        provider: Red Hat
        level: generally-available # CORRECT

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
