Description of problem:

There's a learn more link in Lightspeed in the rolling demo env if you open the Verify Accuracy panel that I think is supposed to help me understand why or how to dig deeper on accuracy review practices, but it simply lands the user on redhat.com, which is not helpful.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to Lightspeed and look at the bottom of the page
• Click the always review AI generated content prior to use tooltip in Lightspeed, it pops open a Verify accuracy pane, which has a Learn more link.
• Click `Learn more` button

Actual results:

• it takes you to redhat.com

Expected results:

• Go to an AI related page
