Description of problem:

When viewing https://<RHDH-route>/extensions/plugins, the AI Model Catalog by Red Hat includes the following in its description:

Backend plugins that integrates with Red Hat OpenShift AI to map AI Models and Model Servers from Red Hat OpenShift AI as Component, Resourece, and API entities

As can be seen, there is a typo. "Resourece" should be "Resource"
