Catalog techdocs integration is broken as long as Quick start is open

      In previous versions (1.7.0 and 1.8.0) the Kubernetes and (Tech)Docs tabs wasn't rendered well within the Software Catalog when the Quick start sidepanel is opened. The tech-docs feature worked well when navigating in the Sidebar to docs or when closing the Quick start.

      With the latest release both tabs are shown as expected again. Users in 1.7.0 and 1.8.0 can simply close the quick start as a workaround.

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      1. RHDH with techdocs enabled
      2. Catalog entity with techdocs

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login into RHDH and keep Quick start open
      2. Navigate to a catalog entity with TechDocs
      3. Switch to the Docs tab

      Actual results:

      Techdocs is rendered "strange", the content area is not completely used

      Expected results:

      Techdocs should look good (or at least the content area should be used completly)
