Description of problem:

Orchestrator features not working with RHDH Local

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

RHDH Local commit latest commit on main at the time of writing: 4e286d9

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the main branch (4e286d9 at the time of writing)
2. Follow the steps mentioned in https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-local/blob/main/orchestrator/README.md to enable the Orchestrator Plugins
3. Start RHDH Local with the Orchestrator

   podman compose -f compose.yaml -f orchestrator/compose.yaml up
   

4. Load http://localhost:7007/orchestrator

Expected results:

Should work. I assume the Orchestrator plugins listed in https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-local/blob/main/orchestrator/configs/dynamic-plugins/dynamic-plugins.yaml might need to be bumped to work with the default RHDH 1.8
