Summary
Favorited tools in the Toolbox do not visually stand out from regular tools, causing confusion and reducing the effectiveness of the Favorites feature.
Use Case Tested
- User marks a tool in the Toolbox as a favorite.
- User expects favorited items to be visually distinct and easily identifiable.
Current Behavior
- The “Favorites” area appears only as the first group in the Toolbox list.
- Favorited tools use the exact same card style as all other tools.
- No visual indicators (star icon, color highlight, badge) distinguish favorites.
- Users may not immediately notice that the tool has been added to Favorites.
Expected Behavior
Favorited tools should be clearly identifiable and grouped in an obvious way to support quick navigation and recognition.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Toolbox in RHDH.
- Select any tool
- Mark the tool as a favorite.
- Return to the Toolbox list.
- Observe how the favorite is displayed.
Actual Result
- Favorited tools appear in the same style as all other tools.
- No strong visual distinction that they are favorites.
Expected Result
- Favorites are grouped under a clear “Favorites” section header.
- Favorited tools display a star icon, badge, or visually distinct style.
Suggested Improvements
- Add a “Favorites” section header above the favorited tools.
- Add a star icon or highlight badge to favorite tool cards.
