Description of problem:

The catalog table seems to go out of window size and scrollbars. We identified this during a sanity test in the following pull-request but soon we realised this wasn't a bug introduced by such PR but it might be introduced during the upgrade of this workspace (global-floating-action-button) to Backstage 1.44
