Description of problem:

Test case `Test global floating action button plugin › Check if floating button is shown with two sub-menu actions on the Catalog Page, verify Quay sub-menu` can be flaky due to timing issues.

The test opens the FAB before the page fully loads. Once the page finishes loading, the FAB menu gets forced closed, interrupting the test.
