Description of problem:

https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/blob/main/catalog-entities/marketplace/packages/redhat-resource-optimization.yaml#L24 and https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/blob/release-1.8/catalog-entities/marketplace/packages/redhat-resource-optimization.yaml#L23 both say say tech preview for version 1.2.1, and which are published by [some process? maybe Konflux?] onto quay.io (making it dev preview at best), not reg.rh.io
Also nothing published via PNC to https://npm.registry.redhat.com/@redhat/ which is the "no SBOM but at least approved pipeline" way
Meanwhile the latest in overlays repo is https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/pkgs/container/rhd[…]gin-redhat-resource-optimization/544346359?tag=bs_1.42.5__2.0.1, which is also DP but is at version 2.0.1, not 1.2.1!
and Ben's sheet saysthis is GA in 1.8
so ... we have 3 completely different stories. Can anyone shed some light here?

It looks like dev preview to me, miscategorized as tech preview in the catalog entities.

Expected results:

One support level for the correct plugin version. Presumably Dev Preview as the plugins are in quay.
