      Description of problem:

In the Adoptions Insights view, I see an unusual display for the dates e.g. Oct 31, 25 when typically the year should be 4 digits.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install the Adoption insights plugins and click on some catalog entities or templates. I think the instance needs to stay up for more than a week to see the dates, otherwise it'll just show the time

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the Adoptions Insights page
      2. Select "Last week" to view the metrics. Note, the x-axis on the Active users chart has the date formatted as "Oct 27, 25" and "Nov 3, 25"
      3. Select "Last Month" (if relevant) to view more data. In the "Top 3 catalog entities", The "Last used" date is "Oct 31, 25" but oddly enough, the dates on the Active users chart are formatted correctly as "Oct 2025"

      Actual results:

      See attached images

      Expected results:

Dates should be consistent and include the 4 digit year

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

      Build Details:

      1.8
