Description of problem:

We have encountered an issue with the tool: When a YAML manifest of an entity within a location configured in Red Hat Developer Hub contains a parsing error, the error is displayed not only on the page of the entity with the issue but also for all entities associated with the same location. This error is visible to all users, both Admin and non-Admin, and creates confusion during normal navigation of the tool. We would like to know if it is possible to display the error banner only on the page of the entity that contains the error. This issue complicates the end-user experience, as they see errors that are not actually related to their work.
