Actual results:

• When French is selected for preferred language, some lables on Preview PR sidedrawer remain in `xx` format instead of in French words
• Table pagination on RBAC plugin and Extensions plugin is not showing correctly in French
  • Pagination is not showing correctly on tables of RBAC plugin and Installed packages tab of Extensions plugin. Some shows raw code with French letters, some are still in English.

    Expected results:

• Should display lables in French.
• Page numbers should be displayed correctly on RBAC role list table and Installed packages table of Extensions plugin.
