Actual results:

After enabling RBAC in the test instance, and getting a missing permission message when trying to view a scorecard, when I went to the RBAC UI, Scorecard wasn't offered as a plugin to select. Had to manually add more to app-config (which is not in the docs), and wait for RHDH to come back up.

Expected results:

Scorecard to be detected and selectable without manual process, if this is not something we can change in the short term, should it get added to the docs procedure on Scorecard?
