Actual results:

Since the link on Explore Catalog entities can't take the user to a table to see all entities at the same time, should the chips be clickable to take the user to the clicked type in the Catalog table?

Expected results:

Offer additional navigation options to compensate for a hardcoded explore link

1. The kind buttons in the cards should link to the Catalog with the kind filter defined
2. The tags buttons in the cards should link to the Catalog with the kind AND tag filter defined
