Description of problem:

Currently, there are some limitations when using the OCP console to upgrade a Helm Release that was deployed via the Helm CLI.
This was previously reported in RHIDP-879 (linked to OCPBUGSM-37095) and was once documented as a known issue in the 1.1 release notes.
But it seems this issue is still present in recent versions of OCP.
It would probably make more sense to highlight this in our Upgrading the Red Hat Developer Hub Helm Chart docs.
