Description of problem:

When a user searches using the search box, the Category, Author, and Support Type filter dropdowns should dynamically update their available options and counts to only show values that exist within the search results.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Extensions tab in left navigation menu
2. Search a plugin and observe Category, Author, and Support Type filter dropdowns

Actual results:

• Filter dropdowns (Category, Author, Support Type) show all available options with original counts

Expected results:

• Filter counts reflect the actual number of plugins available after applying the search
