RHDH Install 3284
Currently, RHDH Local uses whatever versions of Podman and Docker are available in the GH runner image (Ubuntu 24.04 LTS at the time of writing), which are a bit old:
- Docker Engine 28.0.4 (latest at this time is 28.5.1)
