Description of problem:

This was an issue identified while working on RHIDP-8659.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

• RHDH Local main or release-1.8 branch

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run `podman compose up` from the RHDH Local repo
2. Open http://localhost:7007/
3. Click on the dedicated "RHDH Local Guide" link in the UI sidebar

Actual results:

Both the "RHDH Local Guide" and "Catalog" sidebar links are highlighted, which seems confusing.
I guess that's because I am adding the built-in TechDocs on the "RHDH Local" catalog entity.

Expected results:

Only the "RHDH Local Guide" should be highlighted, not the "Catalog" entry.
