Description of problem:

When the user session is expired, the user is not redirected back to the login page. Instead, the user have a fetch error message (due to the expired session). It's not obvious for the end user what is the next step.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to RHDH
2. Wait for the session to expire
3. Click on the page to see the error message.

Actual results:

User sees an error message

Expected results:

User should be redirected to the login page to authenticate again.
