Description of problem:

For the Jira Scorecard, we need to use a numeric type for the apiVersion in the plugin configuration. This change enables us to support both the standard Jira plugin and the Scorecard Jira plugin in parallel.

The intended outcome is to set the apiVersion as a number in the configuration. This will also allow users to omit this value, which means the latest version will automatically be used for the request.
