Description of problem:

When going straight to `https://RHDH_URL/settings` and then switching between dynamic and non-dynamic themes, the left menu and the rest of the UI will not load properly.

When you keep switching back and forth, it won't show up again until you navigate back to the settings URL (it won't happen when you click settings in the UI) and then switch the theme again.

Steps to Reproduce

Once the cluster is up, go to the settings page at https://RHDH_URL/settings.

Change the theme and observe the UI behavior with different themes.

The UI breaks when switching between any of the normal themes and the dynamic themes, and vice versa.

The UI should remain consistent, like with other themes.
