it sometimes can be handy to reference to a complete config file
e.g., you mention about adding a permissions section and you give the snippet of the permission yaml part. But if you don't know the tool too good, it's sometimes hard to guess where that snippet belongs
so good be (in my opinion, you don't need to agree) an added value to have e.g., a large example config file that covers some sections to which you can reference as "the snippet belongs over there"
