Description of problem:

When a user opens the Extensions side drawer, the "Administration" navigation item in shrinks in size. When the side drawer is closed, the text returns to its original size.

RHDH Version: 1.7.0

Backstage Version: 1.39.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run RHDH Local
2. Go to Extensions
3. Click on one of the plugins in the list to open the side drawer
4. Watch the "Administration" navigation item

Actual results:

The "Administration" navigation item shrinks 

Expected results:

The "Administration" text should remain at its original size and not shrink when the Extensions side drawer is opened.
