      Description of problem:

Here are some suggestions for the incidents / tickets table to make it more "user friendly" for the daily usage.

I've created also this upstream issue: https://github.com/backstage/community-plugins/issues/5267

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a test instance via the ServiceNow Developer Portal: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/washingtondc/new_to_servicenow/app_store_learnv2_buildmyfirstapp_washingtondc_personal_developer_instances
      2. Installed and configured the ServiceNow plugin and catalog entity to see a list of tickets

      Actual results:

      1. The table shows the oldest tickets first
      2. And it shows also all the resolved and closed tickets

      Expected results:

      1. Latest tickets should be shown on top
      2. Resolved or closed tickets should be ignored by default

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

      Always

      Build Details:

      ServiceNow Plugin 1.0 - 1.1 (at least)
