Description of problem:

Profile section should show a divider above the Sign out button.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RHDH
2. Look at the header and search for the profile menu on the top righ-hand side of the screen
3. Click on the profile to open the menu

Actual results:

The Profile section is missing a divider line above the "Sign out" button.

Expected results:

A divider line should be present just above the "Sign out" button in the Profile section for better visual separation (Figma)
