Description of problem:{}

When the package information in the yaml section is removed, and clicking on apply button does nothing.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

•  In extensions catalog, choose "Developer lightspeed" plugin and click on install page. 
• Remove all the yaml content from the yaml section.
• Click on `apply` button from the Installation Instruction in the right pane.

Actual results:

Nothing happens in the UI.

Expected results:

On clicking apply button when yaml area is empty:

• In the YAML view, it should create a minimal yaml and apply the configuration to the package.
